If you are seeing an error that tells you your progress was not saved you could be experiencing a slow or broken internet connection. Usually connection errors resolve themselves after a few minutes.
If you are using mobile internet such as a 3G signal try moving to a location where the signal is stronger.
If the problem doesn’t fix itself after a few minutes, please speak to your teacher or parent.

If you are seeing a message that tells you your page has expired you may have to reload your browser tab or window. If you have the same homework loaded in multiple places such as another browser tab, you may have to close them to carry on.
