This article applies to individual teacher accounts that use an email address to login.

You will need to log in via your school account first. Then click the ‘Teacher Dashboard’ link in the navigation.

On the Teacher Dashboard login form click the ‘Forgot password’ link, type in your email and hit ‘Send instructions’. If an account exists with that email, you should receive an email with further instructions within a few minutes.

If you don’t receive an email within 10 minutes please try the following

  • Spam or Junk Folder – It might have been filtered.
  • Email Address Accuracy – Make sure you entered the correct one.
  • Email Filters or Rules – Check if your inbox has filters that might redirect the email.
  • Try Again – Resubmit the form after a few minutes.

If you still don’t receive an email, please contact your schools MyMaths administrator who will be able to verify the status of your account.
