You can monitor homework within the Allocation tab of the Teacher Dashboard.

Select your class and look at the Completed column in the class screen.

Within this column, there will be a button next to each task, indicating how many students have completed the homework. Click on this button to see a breakdown of the number of attempts, the results and the rating each student has given the task. You can also update marks yourself in this area should you need to.

Tracking time spent on tasks

From September 2024, the time that students spend doing their MyMaths and MyiMaths homework will be logged and available for teachers to view.

The length of time spent on the latest attempt at each task is shown alongside the student’s results.

How time is logged

Time is logged when the student is actively engaged in working on the task on screen. Note that if they take time away for any reason (for example to view a supporting MyMaths lesson in another browser window, or to refer to a worked example), the timer will stop. If the student saves and then returns to a homework later, the total time from all saved sessions in the attempt is submitted.

Students won’t see the timer (note: Beat the Clock activities are unchanged and the timer is displayed as usual).
